Rental Rates, Subscription Packages & Fees
REGISTRATION $250 | DBPR LICENCE $500 PER YEAR + STATE FEES AND TAXES (includes commisary letter of agreement, State documents)
Hourly basis
$60/hr
$200 non-refundable deposit (cleaning/damage deposit)

Monthly basis
$1800/month

Storage Space Rates – Space options for long term storage
Dry Storage: $120
Refrigeration: $30 each shelf
Refrigeration: $150 whole rack

Cleaning Penalty: A $150 dollar cleaning penalty fee per occurrence will be applied if Kitchen Member does not leave the Kitchen Premise in the same condition as found. Example, leaving tables dirty, food particles not cleaned up, garbage not thrown away, equipment and utensils not cleaned and stored away, or anything which may cause a violation to food safety.
Time Clock Modification Fee: a $50 dollar administration fee will be charged for each failure to properly clock in or out of the Premises. Example: Forgetting to clock in or out or clocking in late after usage within the Premise has begun or clocking out early but still utilizing kitchen premises.
